I'm Aminta. Wife, mom of two, and constant gardener.
Nutrition is where it all started for me. I wanted good food, real food, on the table every day. I grew tired of the additives, preservatives, dyes, and junk that permeate every food the grocery stores seem to offer.
And so I turned to old ways of preserving like canning and fermenting to preserve what our garden produced and to put aside the healthiest meals for our family.
Maybe you've been feeling that pull back to the farm too. Maybe the stories that trickle down of your grandparents and great grandparents make you feel grounded too.
